Eden Group, a Kolkata-based real estate developer with over three decades of experience, received recognition at the CREDAI Realty Awards FY 2025–26 for its completed residential project, Eden Willow Estate. The project won the award under the Housing Project – Completed Category, marking an important milestone for the developer.

The award ceremony took place last week and brought together leading stakeholders from the real estate sector. During the event, CREDAI recognised residential developments that demonstrate quality planning, strong execution, and timely completion. In this context, the jury selected Eden Willow Estate for its structured development approach and its contribution to organised residential living in South Kolkata.
