Eden Group, a Kolkata-based real estate developer with over three decades of experience, has been recognized at the CREDAI Realty Awards FY 2025–26 for its completed residential project Eden Willow Estate, winning the award under the Housing Project – Completed Category.

The award, presented last week by CREDAI, acknowledges residential developments that demonstrate quality planning, strong execution, and timely completion.
